When exactly does delivery happen — before arrival, after, or both?
We offer any time deliveries. Just call to book!
What areas do you deliver to in Hocking Hills?
We deliver to anywhere within the Hocking Hills region & some surrounding areas including up to 60 minutes away from our location in downtown Logan.
Is there a minimum order required for delivery?
Yes. The minimum cost of ordering for delivery is $150.00
Do you offer pickup options at the restaurant?
YES, you can pick up at your convenience at our restaurant
What happens if a guest is late, early, or changes plans?
We ask for a 24 hour notice on any changes or revisions to your order. We keep close contact during the entire process and are understanding.
When you deliver, do you just drop off food, or do you set things up?
We offer both options which can be specified during the ordering process
Are meals ready to eat, or do they need reheating?
We offer both options, fully cooked or prepared, set up so you can cook or eat when you're ready!
Do you include instructions for ALL packages?
YES, serving & heating instructions are provided
How far in advance does my order need to be placed?
We accept orders 48 hours or more, in advance
What information do you need from customers when booking?
We need your rental property address, check-in or chosen delivery time, plus your phone number and email.
Is pricing flat per package, or does anything vary?
Pricing is determined by either weight, or the number of people being served
Can we order multiple packages and mix and match?
Yes, you can mix and match options
Are there any hidden costs (delivery, tax, etc.)?
No, all costs are plainly stated and paid at the time of delivery!
